Plumbline Counselling Services is a national and international online counselling service whose sole purpose is to resolve those things of the past that trigger you today so that you can calmly move into the future with purpose and confidence.

When your mental health is interrupting your daily life then it is time for you to seek help to deal with those distressing events.

TRTP™ is usually able to resolve the trauma from these events in 3 steps.  These steps can take as few as 3-4 sessions. The following are some of the issues that can easily be resolved:-

  • Suicide
  • Addictions
  • PTSD
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Anger
  • Self-esteem/ identity

Online counselling is available both nationally and internationally via your own secure room on Zoom.
